TechClinic ("TechClinic", "we", "us") provides mock-interview programs for software engineering candidates in India: AI-conducted, scored mock interviews (machine coding, DSA, LLD and system design) followed by a final round conducted by a real senior engineer acting as a hiring manager, who scores and signs a readiness verdict. Plans and inclusions are described on the pricing page.
Mock-interview sessions (including audio and code) may be recorded to produce your report, ensure scoring quality, and improve the service. Recordings are tied to your account and are not shared publicly. Your code and answers remain yours; you grant us the license needed to evaluate them and generate your reports.
Scores, reports and the human-signed readiness verdict are professional assessments of interview readiness. They are nota job offer, a placement service, or a guarantee of employment or of clearing any particular company's interview.
Questions, rubrics, curriculum, reports and the platform itself are TechClinic's intellectual property. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them as part of your plan.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
