Terms & Conditions

The terms, in plain language.

These terms govern your use of TechClinic. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.

Last updated: July 6, 2026

1. Who we are & what the service is

TechClinic ("TechClinic", "we", "us") provides mock-interview programs for software engineering candidates in India: AI-conducted, scored mock interviews (machine coding, DSA, LLD and system design) followed by a final round conducted by a real senior engineer acting as a hiring manager, who scores and signs a readiness verdict. Plans and inclusions are described on the pricing page.

2. Accounts & access

  • You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
  • Purchasing a plan unlocks job-seeker access — the ability to book and take mock interviews.
  • An account is personal. Scores and verdicts describe the person who took the rounds; letting someone else take a round for you invalidates the results and may lead to suspension.
  • You must be at least 18 to purchase a plan.

3. Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are charged through Razorpay. We currently sell in India only.
  • Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Access to purchased mocks is granted after successful payment. If payment succeeds but access doesn't appear, contact help@techclinic.io — we'll fix it.
  • Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Fair use

  • Don't use unauthorized assistance during scored rounds — the score is only worth anything if it's yours.
  • Don't redistribute our questions, rubrics, reports or session recordings.
  • Treat interviewers with basic professionalism; abusive behaviour ends the session without refund of that round.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. Unused, unconsumed mocks on a suspended account are handled per the Refund Policy.

5. Sessions & recordings

Mock-interview sessions (including audio and code) may be recorded to produce your report, ensure scoring quality, and improve the service. Recordings are tied to your account and are not shared publicly. Your code and answers remain yours; you grant us the license needed to evaluate them and generate your reports.

6. Scores & verdicts — what they are

Scores, reports and the human-signed readiness verdict are professional assessments of interview readiness. They are nota job offer, a placement service, or a guarantee of employment or of clearing any particular company's interview.

7. Content & intellectual property

Questions, rubrics, curriculum, reports and the platform itself are TechClinic's intellectual property. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them as part of your plan.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. Questions: help@techclinic.io or the contact page.
