Simple rule: 7 days, minus what you've used.

The rule

• Within 7 days of purchase, no mocks taken: full refund, no questions asked.
• Within 7 days, some mocks taken: refund of what you paid minus the per-mock value of each completed mock. Per-mock value = plan price ÷ number of mocks in the plan (for the Full Pipeline, the human hiring-manager round counts as one mock).
• After 7 days, or once all rounds are consumed: no refund.
• Completed human hiring-manager round: the program is considered delivered — no refund, regardless of the window.

Worked example

You buy the Full Pipeline at ₹5,999 (6 mocks incl. the human round → ₹1,000 per mock, rounded in your favour), take 2 mocks, and request a refund on day 5: you get ₹3,999 back.

What's not refundable

• The free AI mock — it's free.
• A round terminated for a fair-use violation (see the Terms).
• A no-show for a scheduled human round without rescheduling. You can reschedule once for free with at least 24 hours' notice.

Technical failures are on us

If a round fails for reasons on our side — the AI interviewer drops, scoring fails, the room doesn't work — that round doesn't count against your pack. We'll restore it, and if it happens repeatedly we'll refund the affected rounds entirely, outside the 7-day window if needed.

How to request a refund

• Email help@techclinic.io from your registered email with your Razorpay payment ID.
• We confirm the computation with you before processing — you'll know the exact amount first.
• Refunds go to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval (your bank may add a few days).
